GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
-All standard shipping orders are processed and packaged within 3-4 business days
-Orders are processed five days a week, and are shipped out Monday - Friday
-Orders being placed with next day shipping or two day shipping MUST be placed before 2:00PM PST in order to ensure that your package can be delivered within the time frame stated
-Tracking information is provided for all orders

-Domestic orders placed exceeding $75 before shipping cost and after any discount code is applied will qualify for free shipping, should the customer select this option at checkout. Orders that do not qualify for free shipping are able to select our flat rate ground shipping of $7.99. Packages will be shipped via USPS.
-We ship to most international countries. Shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout page after the billing and shipping address have been input. Transit time will vary depending upon delivery option selected.
LOCAL PICK-UP OPTION
-If you wish to pick up at our store location, at the time of checkout you must select the “Pick-Up In Store” option
-In the notes section please leave preferred time and date of pick-up so we can best try to accommodate
-All pick-up orders will be ready the next business day, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know your order is ready to be picked up at the store. Keep in mind orders are not processed on weekends, only Monday-Friday.

**PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS PLACED AS AN IN STORE PICK-UP WILL ONLY BE HELD FOR 14 DAYS. IF MERCHANDISE IS NOT PICKED UP WITHIN 14 DAYS A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED AND A 25% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE APPLIED.
