RETURN ELIGIBILITY

FOR ALL RETURNS PLEASE EMAIL US AT ORDERS@MILAHBOUTIQUE.COM IN ORDER TO OBTAIN AN AUTHORIZATION. YOU WILL BE UNABLE TO COMPLETE AN EXCHANGE WITHOUT FIRST OBTAINING AN AUTHORIZATION EMAIL**

THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
-Any items purchased on sale/clearance or with a promotional code
-All accessories (Including hats, bags, jewelry, sunglasses and scarves)
-All swimwear
-All bodysuits and any undergarments

All eligible items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your items. Here’s how it works:

-In order for eligible items to be accepted for a return items must still have the original tags attached, be unworn and unwashed
-Shoes should be returned in their original packaging and encased in another box to protect the items while shipping
-Items that are purchased online must have their return processed through our online site and will have online credit issued only, not store credit 

**ITEMS NOT RECEIVED IN THE ABOVE STATED CONDITION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND DO NOT QUALIFY FOR A RETURN

1. Complete the form on the reverse side of your order slip.
2. Pack and secure your items in original packaging if possible along with the return form.
3. Purchase a shipping label from the carrier of your choice (the cost of the return is your responsibility). We suggest obtaining one with a tracking number. 
4. Ship the items to the address provided. 
5. Once we have received your returned package the items that are eligible for a refund will be issued back as a STORE CREDIT Please allow 3-4 business days for our warehouse to receive your return and 5-7 days for us to process your store credit.
6. If approved for a return, a store credit code will be emailed to the email address on file, store credit does not expire and cannot be reissued if lost.
7. If you send back items that do not qualify for a return, you will be notified via email and a $5 return shipping will be charged to send the items back to you. We will hold non-returnable merchandise or packages that shipping carriers deem undeliverable for 14 days.

EXCHANGES
-Due to our limited quantities and high demands of product, we are not able to offer exchanges on any items at this time. When returning an item it will be processed for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

GENERAL ORDER INFORMATION
-Please note that orders CANNOT be changed, modified or canceled after checkout!!
-Only one coupon code will be accepted per order
-If you use a discount code, all items covered under that code are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned
-If you receive an item with any problems or defects, please contact our warehouse within 3 DAYS to inform us of any issue by sending an email to orders@milahboutique.com with your order number in the subject line, name, address, contact information, product damage description and photo of the damage (If we are not notified within 3 days you will no longer qualify for a return/replacement)
